History

Zomp is a privately owned chain of boutique women’s shoe stores started in Perth over 30 years ago. Today there are 7 stores in total. Two in Perth, 3 in Melbourne, and 2 in Sydney.

In any given season around 30% of our product is sourced from Italy, Spain, and Brazil. No other competitor in Australia has this product.

Twice a year our buyers travel the world sourcing the latest looks, emerging and “un found” brands that represent what Zomp is about.

Our stores are not "cookie cut" fit outs. All stores are fitted out by an architect that applies the latest looks, materials and design elements to that store, depending on its origins.

Unlike many corporate or small independent retailers, we place no limits on our buyer’s budgets. For us it’s all about having the latest first, and ensuring that we offer consistently good value for all our products.

Our reputation in the industry is second to none with many suppliers and brands talking to us first to launch new looks, brands or initiatives.
