Background

The mid 80’s. Dorinha Barcelos was a homemaker, wife and mother of four. Then she decided to strike out down her own path. She bought a small factory and, with no experience, began making shoes. Within a few years she had refined the production process and invited each of children to run a different part of the company. Much more has been achieved since then. Dorinha is no longer with us, but her spirit and untiring work ethic remain. Quality has been imbedded in the soul of this company since its founding and, where it goes, a Luiza Barcelos shoes leaves a trail of quality in its wake. The same quality that has been the soul of the company since its foundation.

Luiza Barcelos has a deep knowledge of how to choose and use colours. Look for high heels in black suede with gold trimming that is very subtle. also exotic treatments and materials on high platforms. A true stand out season for Luiza
