RETURNS POLICY

All Zomp Outlet sales are final. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for change of mind so please choose carefully.

We understand with shoes selecting the right size can be difficult, if you do select the incorrect size we’re happy to for you to return your shoes for a gift voucher which can be redeemed both in-store and online athttps://www.zomp.com.au/ and has an expiry of 3 years from the issue date.

Please note that the online outlet has now officially closed and is no longer accessible.

Returns for a gift voucher must be shipped back to our online warehouse within 14 days of your delivery date.

If your item/s is faulty we will remedy this with either a repair, replacement or refund, dependent on the nature of the defect.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER FOR A GIFT VOUCHER

For customers based within Australia, we are offering FREE RETURNS!

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-8 business days for your voucher to be processed. Your gift voucher will be emailed to the email address you provided in your order.

Return Instructions:

Step 1.

Click here todownload and print our returns form - this will go inside your return parcel. Once you havefilled out each field accurately, printyour return form out and place it inside your return parcel - this is so our returns team will have your paperwork on hand when they unpack your return. If you don’t have access to a printer, we recommend handwriting all the required return information on a piece of paper instead.

Step 2.

Pack your item and return form into a suitable shipping satchel. Please try to pack your item in the way you received it to help ensure that it isn't damaged in transit.

Step 3.

For Australian Domestic Customers - Visit our Australia Post Portal to lodge your free return: https://return.auspost.com.au/ZOMP_SHOEZ

Once you have gone through the portal you will receive a shipping label in which you can download and print. If you don't have access to a printer, simply show your return label at the post office via a smart device and they will scan your code to pint out a shipping label on your behalf.

Affix the label to your return parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office. We recommend lodging your parcel at the counter and opting for a receipt for proof of lodgement. You can find more about shipping your return back to us here: https://auspost.com.au/sending/returns

We highly recommend using a tracked service with signature on delivery when returning your order as ZOMP is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.
