COVID-19 Updates

To our Zomp community,

It's been a challenging few months to say the least. As we all adjust to a new way of living we want to reassure you that we are in this together and we will continue to keep you up to date on any changes. Here is where we will post any changes as they occur.

Flinders Lane to re-open

We are so excited to announce that we will be re-opening our Flinders Lane store in Melbourne as of Wednesday, November 4th (with all new summer styles on these shelves). For now we will be open 10am-5pm, Monday-Saturday.

Online Orders

We are still processing all online orders in line with government regulations and following the Australian Government advice with managing COVID-19. Victorian Premier, Danial Andrews, announced that Australia Post will continue to operate throughout Stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne. There may be some minor delays in delivery but we are striving to process and dispatch all orders within our regular 1-4 business day processing time. If you require anything urgently we suggest you choose express shipping at checkout. Please emailcustomercare@zomp.com if you have any further questions relating to online orders.

Melbourne Store Closed

With stage 4 restrictions now in place in Melbourne, we will be closing our Flinders Lane store until further notice.

Select Stores are Open

With the easing of social distancing rules we are re-open in our Claremont (WA), King St (WA) and Paddington (NSW) stores. To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, stores will observe the following precautions:

  • Social distancing measures will be implemented and capacity within stores will be limited.
  • Sanitiser will be available at entry points.
  • Stores will be cleaned and sanitised more frequently throughout the day.
  • Opening hours will be limited, stores will be open 10am-5pm Monday to Friday and closed on Sunday

Packing Your Orders.

We want to ensure you that we are maintaining best-practise health, safety and hygiene measures while packing online orders. We have one team member packing orders per day and we are cleaning and sanitising regularly, as well as wearing gloves while handling outgoing orders and incoming returns.
