Gift Card Options

ZOMP offers two different gift card options - E-Gift Cards and In-Store Gift Vouchers.

E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on our online store. They cannot be redeemed in-store. They are only available to purchase online.

In-Store Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in-store. They cannot be redeemed online. They are only available to purchase in-store.

If you have an E-Gift Card or In-Store Gift Voucher and would like it changed to the other option, please contact customercare@zomp.com.au with your request.

Both E-Gift Cards and In-Store Gift Vouchers have an expiry of 3 years.

Remaining balances will be retained on the gift card. If you would like to find out the balance of your E-Gift Card our Gift voucher please email customercare@zomp.com.au.

If a purchase exceeds the gift card, you’ll need to complete the purchase using another payment option.

Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

Please treat your E-Gift Card and Gift Voucher as cash, unfortunately we will not be able to replace a lost or misplaced card.
